01
What you purchase
Invoise sells access to a digital software service for the period and plan shown at checkout. The price, taxes, access period, and included features are displayed before you authorize payment.
Unless a checkout page expressly states otherwise, paid access is prepaid, begins when payment is confirmed, and is not an automatically renewing subscription.
02
Cancellation
Because Invoise does not automatically renew prepaid access, there is no future recurring charge to cancel. To discontinue a plan, do not purchase another access period. You may also contact us to close your account, subject to records we must retain by law.
Cancellation does not normally end the already-paid period early. Your paid access remains available until its stated end date, and there is no cancellation fee.
03
Seven-day first-purchase refund
You may request a full refund of your first Invoise paid-plan purchase within 7 calendar days after the payment date. This first-purchase window is available once per customer and associated business.
A request sent before the seventh day ends is treated as on time even if we review it later. When approved, paid-plan access may end when the refund is initiated. This window does not apply to later prepaid periods purchased after you have already used a paid Invoise plan.
04
Duplicate, incorrect, and service-failure refunds
We also provide the following remedies:
- A confirmed duplicate charge or amount collected because of our payment error is refunded in full.
- If payment succeeds but paid access is not activated, we will activate the purchased service or refund the full charge.
- If a paid plan is materially unavailable because of an Invoise-controlled service failure lasting 24 consecutive hours or more, you may request a reasonable pro-rata refund or service credit for the affected period.
- If you do not recognize a charge, notify us and your bank or payment provider promptly. We will investigate and cooperate with the provider's dispute process.
05
What is not refundable
Except where law requires otherwise, we do not refund:
- Change-of-mind requests made after the seven-day first-purchase window.
- Partially unused time remaining in a prepaid period after that window.
- Inability to use the service caused by the customer's device, internet connection, third-party software, or failure to meet published technical requirements.
- Access suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or a material breach of applicable service terms.
Bank interest, foreign-exchange differences, or charges imposed independently by a bank, card issuer, EMI provider, or other third party are outside our control and may not be refundable by Invoise.
06
How to request and how we review
Email hello@invoise.app with the account email, payment date, amount, reason, and Razorpay payment or order reference. Do not send full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, passwords, or OTPs.
We aim to acknowledge a request within 2 business days and decide it within 5 business days after receiving the information reasonably needed to verify the account and payment. We may ask for a receipt or non-sensitive transaction reference. If approved, we will issue any tax credit note required by applicable law.
07
How approved refunds are returned
Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method. We do not normally pay a refund to a different card, bank account, or person. Once initiated, a refund cannot generally be cancelled.
We initiate an approved refund within 5 business days of approval. Normal refunds commonly reach the original payment method within 5–7 business days after initiation, but a bank or payment network may take up to 10–12 working days. We will provide an available refund reference so you can track a delayed credit with the payment provider or your bank.
A payment that appears failed but debits your account may be reversed automatically by the bank. If it later settles to us, we will provide the purchased access or process the appropriate refund.
08
Consumer rights and policy changes
Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited. If this policy conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law applies.
We may update this policy for future purchases. The policy displayed when you make a purchase applies to that purchase unless a later version gives you greater rights or law requires otherwise.
