One client, one currency
Client Account Statements
Give a client a date-bounded account statement built from final invoices, credit and debit notes, recorded payments and refunds—with a running balance that never mixes currencies.
How it works
The statement follows the account, not a spreadsheet total
Each row comes from the client's finalized document family or payment ledger, in chronological order.
Open the client account
Choose Statements from the client detail page, then select the currency and period you want to review.
Currencies are separate views, never converted into one invented total.
Read the movement
Invoices and debit notes add to the balance; credit notes, payments and refunds move it in the corresponding direction.
The statement shows a chronological running balance.
Download the same statement
Generate a PDF for the selected client, currency and date range without re-keying the ledger into another tool.
The PDF uses the same bounded statement data as the screen.
Controls and limits
Historical periods stay historical
A later correction cannot rewrite which revision represented an invoice at the end of an older statement period.
- Opening
- Activity before the selected range becomes a brought-forward balance.
- Documents
- Only finalized invoice, credit-note and debit-note families enter the ledger.
- Money
- Payments and refunds use their recorded dates and original currency.
- Output
- Screen and PDF share the same client, period and currency boundary.
Boundary
No currency conversion is implied
If a client has activity in more than one currency, Invoise produces a separate statement for each. It never sums unlike currencies.
